  First we waited 2 hours for our food. It was not busy and our waitress never came to tell us anything. She didn't apologize or ask if we needed anything. We were celebrating my grandparents 75th anniversary on top of all this. NEVER AGAIN.

  Food was awesome. Service was fast. Long wait to get in 1 hour 13 minutes but totally worth it. Waitress was really nice and kept the refills coming. Not a cheap meal but the foos is worth it.

  This will be my 3rd time eating here, I keep "giving it one more chance" honestly , because the food is great. To the owner : please train or retrain your front of house staff. The place was not busy enough to have waited as long as we did at the front before we saw someone to greet us, and when she did , not very friendly. The server, Ms. Zornes had no eye contact with us, no personality , not enough drink refills . After she did refill drinks and we would say thank you, she would say nothing. Lol Which we found a little rude. Again, this is the Hospitality industry!! For the 3rd time we NEVER saw management presence, no table touches, no walking around checking the restaurant, maybe there is some great penthouse office upstairs that is too comfortable to check on everything, I mean the inside of this place is jaw dropping, I get it. I really do, and we are rooting for you to stay in business but as restaurant owner to owner, Fire your FOH staff including management retrain, and start over! Rant over.

  Don't know why there are so many complaining. Busy night yeah OK my food took some time but not excessive. Understand cooking takes time it ain't no burger king at least the food is fresh. Steak was awesome. Bar staff friendly. Good atmosphere. Good price.
